A prix fixe is the easiest way to discover a cuisine: you choose one dish per course and let the kitchen guide you. With BarrancoàTable, we made it Peruvian: 4 courses for $55, every night from October 29 to November 22, 2026, at 4552 Saint-Denis Street.
1. Starter: to open the appetite
Three classics, to share or not. Yuquitas al parmesano, crispy yuca with parmesan and huacatay sauce. Tequeños con guacamole, crispy cheese-stuffed sticks. Or anticuchos de corazón, the veal heart skewers you find on the streets of Lima, with anticuchera sauce.
2. Ceviche or palta: the fresh course
Served tasting size, your ceviche comes from our ceviche bar. The Clásico for tradition: mahi mahi, leche de tigre, choclo, cancha and sweet potato. The Rocoto for those who like heat. Or the vegetarian palta rellena: an avocado stuffed with Russian salad, a Peruvian table classic. All our ceviches in our four ceviches.
3. Main: the centrepiece
Arroz con mariscos, mussels, calamari and octopus in a creamy ají panka and lobster bisque rice. Ají de gallina, chicken in a creamy ají amarillo sauce. Or the vegetarian chaufa kam lu tofu, Peru’s Chinese-heritage fried rice with sautéed tofu.
4. Dessert: the sweet finish
Suspiro limeño, manjar blanco and cinnamon meringue, Lima’s iconic dessert. Or alfajores de lúcuma, small pastries filled with lúcuma dulce de leche.
